We totally understand! Life can sometimes throw curveballs, and we hope this is just a temporary pause rather than a permanent one.
A few important things to keep in mind about this request:
This is NOT a termination request.
- Once a year, you can put your automatically recurring membership on hold for a 4, 8, or 12-week period.
- Membership hold requests must be submitted no less than three business days before your upcoming invoice payment date (DOES NOT INCLUDE SATURDAYS, SUNDAYS, OR HOLIDAYS). All membership payments are non-refundable.
- Upon expiration of the hold period that you select below, your account will automatically reactivate, and regular membership payments will resume.
- The length of the membership hold will extend your original agreement.
- If you choose to cancel your membership during the hold period, the standard 4-week cancellation notice requirement applies. If you choose to reactivate your membership after it is canceled, the membership rates in effect at the time of reactivation will apply (membership rates are subject to change).
- There is a $25 fee for each membership hold request.
