General Manager, Coach

Jill Teixeria

Credentials:
CrossFit Level 2 Trainer (CF-L2)
USA Weightlifting Level 1 (USAW1)

About Jill
Jill fell in love with CrossFit after her first class back in 2011. She remembers finishing the workout so sore she could barely lift her arms to wash her hair — and loved every second of it. She was immediately hooked by the intensity, camaraderie, and sense of competition that came from a single class.
Since then, CrossFit has taken Jill to many places and introduced her to countless people. What has impacted her most isn’t just the physical transformations she’s witnessed, but the mental toughness, confidence, and resilience that athletes develop over time. She’s inspired by the never-ending opportunities to grow — there’s always a skill to refine, a movement to improve, and a new goal to chase.
Jill became a coach to be part of that evolution in others. She believes CrossFit is truly for everyone and that every workout can be adapted to meet any individual’s needs. As General Manager and a coach, her mission is simple: help athletes push their limits, discover their potential, and become better versions of themselves.
“Just show up, and our team will help you reach your goals.”

What She Loves About CrossFit
Jill loves the blend of intensity, community, and constant progress. She values the way CrossFit brings people together and empowers them to grow physically and mentally.

Her passion for Olympic weightlifting led her to start WiscoLift, WiscoFit’s Barbell Club, in 2023. She focuses on helping athletes build strength, technique, and confidence through patient, consistent training.

She believes CrossFit and weightlifting are inclusive journeys — adaptable to any age, background, or experience level.

Assistant Manager, Coach

Lori Rochon

Credentials:
CrossFit Level 1 Trainer (CF-L1), 2022
USA Weightlifting Level 1 (USAW1)
ACE Certified Personal Trainer

About Lori
Lori’s fitness journey began in 2013 with a deep love for functional bodybuilding. Five years later, she taught herself CrossFit movements in her basement before officially joining WiscoFit in early 2021. She became a CrossFit Level 1 Trainer in 2022 and continues to expand her knowledge through USAW1 and ACE certifications.

After a successful 34-year career in Publishing, Lori retired to pursue her passion full-time: helping people move well, stay strong, and age healthfully. As the owner of Stryke Training, LLC, she provides 1:1 personal training with a focus on functional bodybuilding, performance-based weight training, and lifelong movement capacity.

When she’s not coaching, training, or getting in her own workout, Lori is often keeping the gym store running smoothly or designing WiscoFit’s next apparel lineup. She is a cornerstone of the WiscoFit community — energetic, knowledgeable, and committed to helping people thrive at every age.

What She Loves About CrossFit
Lori loves being part of the worldwide CrossFit community. She volunteers at the CrossFit Games every year and treasures the friendships she’s built across the globe — calling it her “adult summer camp.”
She is especially inspired by watching athletes get healthier and stronger as they age. Lori is living proof that you can feel strong and capable well into your 50s, 60s, 70s, and beyond.

Coaching Passion
Lori loves coaching core work (abs — iykyk!) and working with athletes who are new to the sport. When a movement “clicks” and someone feels the right muscle activation for the first time, it’s one of her favorite moments as a coach.
