CrossFit Classes

Personal Training

Personal Training offers fully individualized coaching tailored to your goals, schedule, and needs. Whether you’re working around injuries, building confidence before joining group classes, or pursuing specific performance goals, you’ll receive focused attention and a plan designed just for you.

Weightlifting Classes

Our weightlifting classes focus on Olympic lifts and strength development with technical coaching and structured progressions. Through our USAW-sanctioned barbell club, WiscoLift, athletes can improve performance, refine technique, and compete if they choose in a supportive, team-driven environment.
