Membership Cancellation

If you decide to rejoin us in the future (and we’d love to have you back), please note that the membership rates in effect at that time will apply, as rates are subject to change.
If you’re considering pausing your membership instead of canceling, you can submit a Membership Hold Request. However, if you’re certain about canceling, please fill out and submit the form on this page. Your membership will be canceled four weeks (28 days) after you submit this form.
Note: If you have a scheduled renewal payment this month, it will be processed when we receive a cancellation request. All payments are non-refundable.
Cancellation of membership before the expiration of any specified commitment period requires an early termination fee to cover the discounted rate that was incurred. For example, if you agreed to a 12-month Unlimited membership and cancel your membership at the 3-month point, you would owe $75 ($600-$525).
